Your financial institution sets the penalties for late payments in your contract. Lenders in the Philippines set their own interest rates and penalties for failure to pay.

It is important to note that all financial relationships are between you and your financial institution, not fastpera24.com. We are not a lender and never act as such. As a service, we only match borrowers and financial entities by offering a selection of lenders that provide cash loans up to ₱25000 for a period of 120 days.

The lender will determine its own policies regarding loan provision and payment. The borrower agrees to the terms online directly on the lender’s website. You, as the borrower, may choose to accept or decline the terms offered in the loan terms. Your agreement details the loan amount, repayment period, daily interest rate, fees, and penalties.

fastpera24.com cannot access your loan agreements. If you have questions regarding your loan agreement or repayment, contact your lender directly through the means of communications detailed on their website.

Maximum/Minimum Repayment Periods and Maximum Interest Rate

The loans offered on fastpera24.com have a minimum repayment period of 120 days (four months) and a maximum of 180 days (six months). APRs range from 0% to 36%. Interest rates vary from lender to lender.

Collection Policy

fastpera24.com does not collect payments. Your lender will contact you by regular mail, email, or phone to outline a repayment schedule. Please contact your lender to determine their collection process, as the terms may vary.

Default

If you cannot pay on time, each lender has their own policies on fees/interest and how they handle debt collection. Some lenders may explore legal options in the event of continued nonpayment. Most lenders will contact you by regular mail, email, or phone to change your payment terms. Failure to pay may result in interest accruals and/or increases and may affect your credit score. Please read through the fees section on the lender’s website before proceding to taking a loan.

Late Payments

Please contact your lender directly if you think that you cannot repay your loan on time. Lenders may be able to extend or renew your loan under the initial terms and conditions. Terms and late payment options vary by lender. Please note that late payments may result in additional fees or interest and may also negatively affect your credit score.

Extension Policy

If you wish to renew or extend your current loan, please contact your lender as soon as you can before your payment date. Although some lenders may extend your loan with the same terms as the original loan, each lender has their own extension policy and may charge additional fees or interest. Sometimes, renewals may be processed automatically. Please consider the decision to extend your loan very carefully and seek independent financial advice if necessary.
